- Replace brake cables & housing (rim/mechanical)
- Replace shift cables & housing
- Deep clean: foaming wash + drivetrain degrease
- True wheels (lateral)
- Tube replacement if needed
- Brake pad replacement if needed
- Chain replacement if needed (size, install, lube)
- Final test ride & shift/brake re-index
